  • Stopped in for dinner service on a Wednesday evening. First impressions walking in. The place has a vibe. This is one of those places to want to be seen and meet people. The millennial energy felt strong. Decor was very appealing. As you’d expect with an upscale environment service was memorable. Very friendly hostesses up front. Attentive and quick service from the sharply dressed servers. The food won’t change your religion but definitely punches above the line. Plating was immaculate and high food quality. Interestingly, the restrooms are unisex and only 2 single person restrooms. I didn’t hit a line but I’d imagine during prime time some people are fighting for their life to wait their turn. Worth a visit!

  • Open late, Moxies is a fun bar and restaurant. I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted a late meal. I was so happy they were still open at 9pm. Since it was Sunday night, they had both a NFL game and a MLB game on the TVs. There weren't a lot of cheering, which I liked. Otherwise I would have went to an actual sports bar. Moxies felt more upscale and less rowdy. Originally, I wanted to try their Blackened Mahi Mahi. Unfortunately, they ran out of mashed potatoes. The Internet photos for this dish looked attractive. So, I had to settle for the 1/2 rack of ribs $29 instead. Still good. The fries were amazing. They were so crispy! My perspective on french fries is now ruined because of this. As for the ribs themselves, they were fine. True to the description from the menu, they were 'fall off the bone tender', although I did use a knife to cut them. My waitress Ava was excellent. She checked on me often. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Next time I'm in Dallas, I'll be sure to come back for a revenge meal. The Mahi Mahi dish is now on my list.

  • I’m a frequent guest at Moxies and come here for lunch during the week a few times a month, as well as for dinner or drinks with friends in the evenings. The food is always amazing, and the menu never disappoints. This weekend, I came with friends to celebrate a birthday, and we had an incredible experience. One of our friends has a food allergy, and the manager, Mr. David, went above and beyond to make sure she had a dish she could safely enjoy. He was incredibly attentive to everyone at our table, and even kindly comped her meal due to how limited the options were. His care and professionalism truly stood out, and all of my friends were so happy we chose Moxies. Exceptional food, outstanding service, and a team that genuinely cares highly recommend!

  • The drinks were really good. Our food was good for the most part- we ordered crab dip (very good), ribs (very good), and Mediterranean chicken(the stuff under the chicken was good but the chicken itself wasn’t anything to rave about and skin wasn’t crispy as I’d expect). Service and the environment were great. It’s not too loud there!

  • First the parking is convenient.. you can valet or you can self park in the garage connected to the building. The atmosphere is really nice. I love the fact that I can watch all of the football games leading up to the playoffs on all of the TVs around the bar area. There are oversized booths which are very comfortable. The food is very good. The prices of moderate. The weight was not very long and the food came out in a timely manner. It was a great day.

  • I visited the Moxie's in Uptown Dallas for my last night in the city, and the vibe was definitely different from the one in Plano. This location has a more business-professional feel, with a crowd of real estate agents, nurses, and colleagues winding down after work for happy hour. It’s a great spot for locals and visitors alike. We had a group of six and were seated by the window entrance, just as people were starting to trickle in. At first, the service was fantastic—our server was attentive and quick to take drink orders. But within about 20 minutes, things started to slide. We hadn’t seen our server for a while, and our table was filled with dirty dishes. We also needed refills, and one of my friends was still waiting on his food to be corrected. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, including: Salmon salad Steak salad Caesar salad Beef tips French onion soup Brussels sprouts with tomatoes Everything was tasty, and the food was good overall, but the service was a letdown as things got busier. By the time we were ready to leave, the place was packed and getting quite loud. Overall, I’d say Moxie’s is a solid spot with great food, but the service definitely needs some consistency
